Terms and Conditions

• The reservation service is available only for hotel guests.
• Upon confirmation of availability, the reservation will be considered finalized with the completion email from the hotel.
• Please notify us at amami@mirucollection.com for any changes or cancellations to your reservation.
• Cancellations made on the day before the scheduled participation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made on the same day will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• In the event of inclement weather, strong winds, high waves, or any unfavorable conditions at sea for the tour, it will be canceled

Important Notices

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your reserved time. *Please come wearing a swimsuit in advance.
• Please bring a swimsuit, towel, beverages, snacks, sunscreen, and protect your skin with a rash guard or long-sleeved shirt as you will be exposed to direct sunlight. It is recommended to have a cover-up or bath towel in case you get wet and feel cold in the wind.
• In the event of late arrival, participation may be refused.
• Please refrain from participating if you are unwell or in an intoxicated state.
• Depending on the participants’ health condition, the tour guide may refuse participation in the tour.
