Miru Collection’s Response to COVID-19

At Miru Collection, your well-being is our priority.
Now, more than ever, in light of the evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we are prioritising the health and safety of all our guests, without compromising the quality of your experience when you stay with us. We want you to know that we are adhering to the latest information and protocols provided by the government to maximize the effectiveness of our response to COVID-19. In response to the transition to Category 5 infectious diseases after May 8, 2023, we have made the following changes at Miru Collection:
・In the event of any health issues that may arise during your travels, we will promptly provide information on the nearest hospitals and health authorities’ testing facilities to ensure swift response at Miru Collection.
・The mandatory mask-wearing requirement is lifted. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as we respect individual judgments in this matter.
・We are enhancing health monitoring by conducting regular temperature checks for Miru Collection staff.
・Hand sanitizers are available in the hotel lobby and guest rooms. Regular disinfection of guests and staff areas will be conducted to reinforce hygiene measures.
・Hotel common areas, including the front desk and restaurants, will undergo three daily disinfections.
・Miru Collection will continue to provide and update information based on guidelines established by the World Health Organization (WHO).
