• Best Rate Guarantee applies to rates and reservations made online on Miru Amami website (www.mirucollection.com/miruamami).
• Email us a screenshot of the lower rate found on any other website (a scanned email will also be accepted) under your name with the same dates, room type and number of people staying.
• The lower rate reflected must be the final rate inclusive of taxes, etc. and must be submitted to us within 24 hours from the time the original hotel booking was made via our website.
• Once verified and confirmed, we will adjust the price of your original booking made through our website.
• Best Rate Guarantee will not apply to third party promotions (e.g. travel agency offers, corporate rates etc.
