Terms & Conditions

• Bookings can only be accepted more than 72 hours in advance.
• A cancellation fee of ¥6,300 for all bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to start date, cancellation 3-6 days prior to booking date: 20% of total amount, less than 72 hours: 30%, day of booking: 50%
• Payment for any Guest Service is due 7 days prior to Check-In. We reserve the right to cancel without notice any service we have not received payment for by this due date.
• Bookings include insurance, one way fees (if applicable), GPS and 4WD (for winter) in the quoted rate.
• Keys will only be handed over for rental vehicle once a valid international driving permit or Japanese driver’s license is produced.
• Vehicles must be returned full of fuel or an extra charge to fill the vehicle will be added.
• Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Miru via email.
