*If you do not know the nearest get on/off location, please contact us before making a reservation.
*Due to the spread of COVID-19, the bus you have reserved may be canceled suddenly.
*Depending on the number of passengers and the place of getting on and off, it may take a ventilation time (about 5 to 10 minutes) in the bus separately from the break.

Meeting Time

  • *Please arrive at the Hirafu Welcome Centre meeting point 10 min prior to your departure and 15 min prior to your departure if you are departing from the airport.
  • The bus won’t wait for passengers who haven’t arrived before the departure time. We treat those passengers as non-participants without any notice.
  • *All courses require a reservation. The bus will not make stops at places where there is no reservation.
  • *Please check your meeting point before your departure date.

Cancellation Policy

We can accept modification or cancellation by e-mail or telephone and FAX.
In case of by telephone, please call us during our business days and business hours.
Business hours 9:00~18:00(open 365 days)
When we take modification and cancellation by e-mail or FAX off business hours, we regard the received date of cancellation.
If you’d like to cancel your reservation of that day, please call us directly.

If you would like to make some changes on your booking details such as a tour code and travel date 7 days prior to your departure, please cancel your current booking first then make a new booking. So please check each cancellation fee below.

Please note you are responsible for all bank charges related to the sending of payment.

Operation and Terms of Service

In case of bad weather/road conditions etc.

  • *When a flight schedule has been changed or delayed, the bus schedule also might be changed. If you miss your bus due to the delay or cancellation of your flight, you will be checked in for the next available bus or other transport options will be introduced. Please note that we are not responsible for securing other transport for you etc.
  • *When we find it hard to drive you to the airport on time, we might drop you off at the nearest train station or introduce other transport option. Please note that you will cover the extra fee.
  • *Depending on road/weather conditions, a tour might be delayed or cancelled. Other transport options might be introduced but please note that you will cover the extra fee. We are also not responsible if we can’t drive you to the airport on time to catch your flight under inevitable circumstances.

Vehicle

  • *Bus or taxi will be operating, depending on the number of passengers.

Notes

  • *Smoking is not allowed on the bus.
  • *Please be seated anywhere you like. However, we might ask you to take a seat on an allocated seat when the bus is full.
  • *Please refrain from talking on the phone on the bus.
  • *Please make sure to fasten your seatbelt.
  • *Please take off your ski or snowboard boots on the bus.
  • *We can keep a set of ski equipment and one luggage in a trunk of the bus per person.
  • *Please note that those who will bring ski and snowboard stuff, please put them in a ski(snowboard) case or bag. If you don’t put them in a ski(snowboard) case or bag, they might cause of broken your stuff or even the others in the trunk during putting on/off the bus or when running the bus.
  • *Please be considerate and try not to disturb others.

Others

  • *Please note that the bus might pass facilities in the tour schedule or visit other facilities instead when closed.
  • *When booking Ski Bus, only a customer who stays in the Departure or Arrival area can reserve these tours.

 

Meeting Points Please be at the meeting point at New Chitose Airport 15 minutes prior to departure, or at Hirafu Welcome Centre 10 minutes before departure. Miru Niseko provides complimentary pick-ups for guests arriving at Hirafu Welcome Centre. Please inform us of your arrival details in advance.

(Please note: If no buses appear after you have entered your flight details this is likely because your flight is too late to use the bus. The latest bus departs in time for international flights no later than 8pm, and domestic flights no later than 8:45pm. For alternate options please see here)

Any notes for your booking:

Payment for any Guest Service is due 7 days prior to Check-In. A Confirmation Document will be sent to you with details of your bookings and payments can be made on our Online Payment site. We reserve the right to cancel without notice any service we have not received payment for by the aforementioned due date.

Terms & Conditions

  • This booking service is exclusive to Miru Guests.
  • Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Guests are encouraged to book at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Miru via email.
  • Requests for changes or cancellations should be sent via email to niseko@mirucollection.com
  • Changes of bus times and cancellations 5 days or more prior to the service can be made without incurring cancellation charges.
  • Any changes or cancellations made 3-4 days prior to the transfer date will incur a 30% cancellation fee, 2 days prior 50% cancellation fee and 1 day prior or on the date of transfer will incur a 100% cancellation fee. “Cancellation” includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking and any changes to the bus times.
  • Guests arriving on delayed flights will be put on the next available bus where possible. Where Guests are delayed and miss the last bus, or where Guests are delayed/miss the bus for reasons other than delayed flights (e.g. missed flight), 100% cancellation fee applies. Miru can assist in arranging alternate transportation (at the Guest’s expense) in this case if contacted via phone call only.
