KAYAK IN SPARKLING, UNDULATING WAVES

With its crystal clear waters and thriving marine life beneath; the magic of Akaogi Bay is best experienced on a transparent kayak. If you’re feeling adventurous, you could opt to paddle the seas on a SUP to explore the nearby Kurasaki beach where plenty of delicate seashells and tiny crustaceans dwell! ⁠

EXPLORE WITH A STAND-UP PEDAL BOARD

The tranquil waters of Akaogi Bay is the ideal place to learn the techniques of stand-up pedal-boarding, that allows you to cross the water like a bicycle, which is available only at Miru Amami. Pick up a board at Miru Amami’s beach hut and set out to enjoy the natural serenity of our ocean. If you’re lucky, you might spot dolphins and sea turtles on your journey.⁠
