Miru Kyoto is proud to announce our latest collaboration with Liberte Patisserie Boulangerie – one of Kyoto’s top Boulangeries. As part of this collaboration, all Miru Kyoto guests will be treated to Liberte’s famous croissants – made with generous amounts of French AOP butter as well as grassfed butter, and flour direct from the French Mulan Bourgeois company. We present our guests with croissants in their room upon check-in, so they will be able to enjoy this classic yet decadent pastry at any time during their stay. Whether you have it for breakfast with a Nespresso coffee, a tea-time snack or to satisfy late night cravings – these Liberte Croissants are lip smackingly delicious.
Liberte was founded by Michael Benichou, and first opened in Paris in 2013. As part of its global expansion, Liberte then opened in Tokyo in 2018, followed by Kyoto in 2018. Liberte has established itself as one of the most reputed boulangeries in Japan, and is especially famous for its Baguettes, Pain au Chocolats, Tart Citron, and of course – it’s Croissants.
