We regret to inform you that due to a change in ownership and the transition of our operating company, Wander Tokyo Shibuya will permanently cease operations on July 31, 2025. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your loyal support over the years.

Please note that all reservations for stays from August 1, 2025, onward will be canceled due to the closure and subsequent renovation work. We deeply apologize for the significant inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding.

Guests with affected reservations will be contacted individually by a representative or their booking agency via email. Additionally, please be advised that we will no longer be able to respond to inquiries regarding this matter after 12:00 PM on July 30, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns, we kindly ask that you reach out to us as soon as possible.

We are truly grateful for your longstanding support and loyalty. Further information regarding the new hotel under the upcoming management structure will be provided once details are finalized.
