- ご予約は当ホテルからのご予約完了メールをもって成立となります。
- ご予約内容の変更やキャンセルは niseko@mirucollection.comまでお知らせください。
- チェックインの7日間前にお支払いがない場合はキャンセルになる場合がありますのでご注意ください。
- 7日-4日前までのキャンセル変更に関しては料金の50％、4日前以降に関しては予約全額がキャンセル料としてかかります。
- ”キャンセル”には、ご利用人数のご変更やお時間の変更も含みます
