According to traditional Chinese medicine, certain ailments in the body correspond to specific meridians, which can be stimulated and activated through yoga movements.<\/p>\n This spring, our yoga teacher has tailored the program to focus on movements that will be especially effective for relaxing the liver. By combining the physical benefits of yoga with the holistic approach of traditional Chinese medicine, this class offers a unique way to promote overall health and well-being.<\/p>\n The session is available every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday this March 2023, starting at 6:30 AM ( for about 45 min), depending on the weather.
