Begin your Summer mornings at Miru Amami with a reviving yoga session! Ease into the day with therapeutic movements amid the island\u2019s peaceful greenery, soothing ocean breeze, and blissful sunlight from Akaogi Bay. As you immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of nature, it is our hope that you\u2019ll get to practise mindfulness and reconnect with your truest self. Throughout the restorative sessions, you\u2019ll be guided by experienced instructors.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The session is available every Tuesdays and Saturdays from July to August starting at 6:30 AM ( for about 45 min) depending on the weather.<\/span> Please ensure to wear comfortable clothes and bring your own water.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pedalboards are easy to balance on and powered by your legs, making them a fun and safe option for those who want to get to explore the bay but are new to water sports. Lucky for our guests, they are available for rent. You won’t find them anywhere else on the island!\u2063<\/span><\/p>\n
